Return / Refund Policy

AlinaEspinal.com will accept items for store credit within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition or they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Prior to returning any items, please contact us (alina@alinaespinal.com). Once your return is processed, you will receive alinaespinal.com store credit via email. 

 

Shipping Policies & Rates

If your items are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon (EST) on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. 

 *alinaespinal.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.* Shipping with insurance option is available during checkout.

To properly care for your new Alina Espinal Piece please remember to:

Apply beauty products such as perfume, hairs pray or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.

Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners.
